Freddie D. Broome is a nationally recognized leadership strategist, executive coach, and facilitator with over 29 years of experience guiding public sector leaders, teams, and organizations through transformational change. As the founder of Broome Leadership Solution, he partners with clients to strengthen leadership capacity, improve organizational culture, and advance equity-driven results.



Freddie gained much of his leadership experience as a Fire Chief, where he led large, diverse teams, built trusted community relationships, and developed strategic initiatives that aligned operations with resident needs. He has trained and coached over 16,000 individuals, including elected officials, executives, and frontline professionals, across leadership development, emotional intelligence, culture change, and community engagement.
